App UI is clunky, the booking process is one step without confirmation, password requirements should be literally followed without any freedom, there is no 2FA totp option, the active booking disappears and doesn't appear for a minute, and the payments are not made inside the app which is the worst. There is no facility to replace faulty cylinders.

A good and beneficial app indeed. But several areas need focused improvement. E.g. Even if I apply for new connection, app doesn't do anything. If there is request for name change, app collects information and documents - but eventually tells one to visit the distributor. Hopefully in the age of digitisation, such issues will get addressed fast enough.

Reward point system is a waste of time, points will not be added automatically like bpcl pumps. Staff are not willing to add points when there is a rush, understandable. Biggest fraud is that if we fill more 1000, points are not added so cannot fill full tank. That's it I'm fed up switching to other brands. Edit: Even if online method of payment is used staff will only select cash option when adding points. I asked several times at different pumps but they say that's the only way they can do it.

Hi , Please user the online mode of payment for transaction Rs more than 1000 to get the reward point.
