Our ovens will be turned off, our rolling pins retired, and the wheat mill will get a deserved rest at 4 pm December 24th.

We grind our premium whole wheat kernels into fresh, 100% whole wheat flour every day, at each of our bakeries and bakery cafes. We mill and use fresh whole grain wheat flour not only for flavor, but also because it allows less time for nutrients to deteriorate.

The startup costs include the franchise fee, location hunt, site build-out and renovation, equipment, and your initial inventory of ingredients and supplies. $35,000 is the initial franchise fee they paid. This fee covers the cost of training (excluding your travel expenses) and getting you up and running.
