Modernist building opened in 1892, although its facade was remodeled by Rodolfo Ucha Piñeiro in 1919 creating the sensation of an urban palace. Inside, the ground floor has a horseshoe shape which gives it perfect acoustics. It has three floors, decorated in the classicist style of the nineteenth century.
