Saitō Dōsan, also known as Saitō Toshimasa, was a Japanese samurai during the Sengoku period.
He was also known as the "Viper of Mino" for his ruthless tactics. His honorific title from the Imperial Court was Yamashiro-no-kami. Wikipedia
