Set along the Ligurian Sea, Quarto dei Mille is a residential neighborhood in eastern Genoa. It’s home to the grand 17th-century Villa Spinola Matilde Carrara and its sprawling grounds. Via V Maggio is a seaside street lined with casual bars, restaurants, and pizzerias, and also adjacent to rocky Priaruggia public beach and the Stele Commemorativa della Partenza di Garibaldi sculpture.
