Betten
Betten is a mountainous area known for the Aletsch Arena ski resort, with around 100km of pistes. Traditional wooden chalets dot the charming villages of Betten Dorf and Bettmeralp, which are starting points for Alpine hiking trails, and cable lifts provide access to lookouts with views of the Great Aletsch Glacier. The mountain is also popular for climbing, biking, and hang-gliding in the summer months.
