Lala Şahin Pasha, 1330 – 1388, was an Ottoman commander and first Beylerbey of Rumelia. He was the teacher of Sultan Murad I, and when Murad succeeded the throne, Şahin led the Ottoman campaign of Thrace. Wikipedia
