Sidi Mogdoul was a Moroccan Wali and religious leader who lived in the 11th-century. He was buried in Essaouira. Sidi Megdoul came from the noble Berber tribe of Regraga, and was credited with renewing the Ribat of Sidi Chiker. Wikipedia
