The Dukha, Dukhans or Duhalar are a small Turkic community of semi-nomadic reindeer herders living in a sum of Khövsgöl, Mongolia called Tsagaannuur. The Dukha are divided into two groups: those from northeast Tuva and those from southeast Tuva. Wikipedia
