Toprakkale is a town in Osmaniye Province in the Mediterranean region of Turkey. It is the seat of Toprakkale District. Its population is 11,411. It is located at 10 km to the west of Osmaniye. Its name comes from an Abbasid castle near the city. Wikipedia
