Drawa National Park

Drawa National Park is in northwestern Poland. It encompasses part of the vast Puszcza Drawska Forest. The Drawa River is on the west side of the park. There are many lakes in the park, including the dark-blue Czarne Lake. The park is a haven for more than 150 bird species, osprey and black storks among them, and other wildlife such as otters and elk. Large Ostrowiec Lake in the southeast is a cormorant nesting site.
