Casimir Pfyffer von Altishofen was a Swiss politician and jurist. He was mayor of Lucerne, President of the Swiss National Council and five times President of the Federal Supreme Court. Kasimir-Pfyffer-Strasse in Lucerne is named for him. Wikipedia
