In vibrant Amir Abad, student-friendly pizzerias and fast-food joints line North Kargar Road and the streets close to several of the University of Tehran's buildings. Tehran International Tower, the country's tallest residential building, overlooks major highways, as well as streets dotted with furniture and stationery stores. Small pockets of green spaces, such as Saba Park, are set near Shohadaye Daneshju Square.
