Lee S. Dreyfus

Lee Sherman Dreyfus was an American educator and politician. A member of the Republican Party, he served as the 40th governor of Wisconsin from January 4, 1979, to January 3, 1983. Dreyfus was a 33rd degree Mason in the Scottish Rite. Wikipedia
