Tan Sitong, courtesy name Fusheng, pseudonym Zhuangfei, was a well-known Chinese politician, thinker, and reformist in the late Qing dynasty. He was executed at the age of 33 when the Hundred Days' Reform failed in 1898. Wikipedia
