Leafy Senjak is an affluent neighborhood home to embassies and villas. Set in lush gardens, the 1896 neo-Renaissance House of King Peter I has a memorial room devoted to the former monarch, who died there in 1921. The Museum of African Art exhibits sculpture, ceramics, and textiles from West Africa. A landmark of Serbian modern architecture, the late-1930s BIGZ Building is a vast former printing works.
