Jacob Aall was a Norwegian politician, historian, landowner and government economist. He was born the son of Nicolai Benjamin Aall, who was a merchant in Porsgrunn, Norway and owner of Ulefos Manor. He was also the nephew of merchant Jacob Aall. Wikipedia
