Czarna is a village in Dębica County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina called Gmina Czarna. It lies approximately 13 kilometres west of Dębica and 55 km west of the regional capital Rzeszów. Wikipedia
