Fritz Klatte

Fritz Klatte was a German chemist and the discoverer of polyvinyl acetate, with German patent for its preparation from acetylene gas. Polyvinyl chloride was discovered by French physicist Henri Victor Regnault, and German physicist Eugen Baumann. Wikipedia
