Gmina Czarna is a rural gmina in Dębica County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Czarna, which lies approximately 13 kilometres west of Dębica and 55 km west of the regional capital Rzeszów. Wikipedia
