Laid-back Wollishofen is a largely residential district known for the waterside Landiwiese and Saffa-Insel parks. These host the annual outdoor performing arts festival Zürcher Theater Spektakel. Also overlooking Lake Zurich is Rote Fabrik, an arts and culture center featuring concerts and contemporary theater in a former factory. Casual eateries, Irish pubs, and small shops cater to a mostly local crowd.
