Mikako Takahashi is a Japanese voice actress and J-Pop singer from Chiba Prefecture, Japan. As the Excel Saga character Mikako Hyatt, she forms one half of the voice acting duo The Excel Girls. She is employed by I'm Enterprise. Wikipedia
