Vo Chi Cong
Former Chairman of the Council of State of Vietnam
Võ Chí Công was a Vietnamese Communist politician, and the Chairman of the Council of State of Vietnam between 1987 and 1992. He was the Standing Deputy Chairman of the National Front for the Liberation of South Vietnam from 1962 to 1976. Wikipedia
