Glomeropitcarnia is a genus of the botanical family Bromeliaceae, subfamily Tillandsioideae. The genus name is from the Latin “glomero” and the genus Pitcairnia. It has two known species, native to Venezuela, Trinidad and the Lesser Antilles. Wikipedia
