Hori Naotora was the 13th daimyō of Suzaka Domain in northern Shinano Province, Honshū, Japan under the Bakumatsu period Tokugawa shogunate. His courtesy title was Nagato-no-kami, and his Court rank was Junior Fifth Rank, Lower Grade. Wikipedia
