As a district in northeast Rome flanked by the River Tiber, Fidenae is a laid-back commercial and residential area with a selection of shops, businesses, bars, and eateries, including some lining the circular Piazza Fernando de Lucia. It’s home to the Protohistoric House of Fidenae open-air museum site, in addition to several leafy parks with walking trails.
