Main alcohol: Scotch whisky and Vermouth
Ingredients: 3/4 oz Blended Scotch, 3/4 oz Blood orange juice, 3/4 oz Cherry Heering, and more
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a collins glass, add another splash of orange juice then flame the zest over it.
Served: Straight up; without ice
Standard garnish: Flamed orange zest and Maraschino cherry
