Louis Adulphe Delegorgue was a French explorer, hunter and naturalist who travelled in southern Africa in the 1840s and wrote about the region. Delegorgue was born to a farmer and mayor of Courcelles, Adulphe and his wife Marie Desfontaine. Wikipedia
