Otterbach is a municipality in the district of Kaiserslautern, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. Otterbach was the seat of the former Verbandsgemeinde Otterbach, which merged into the new Verbandsgemeinde Otterbach-Otterberg in 2014. Wikipedia
