Amakasu Kagetsugu was a samurai officer who served the Uesugi clan. Under the orders of Uesugi Kenshin, Kagetsugu became the head of the Amakasu clan. Kagetsugu was known as a valiant warrior, and was skilled in wielding swords as well as spears. Wikipedia
