Kamienna Góra is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Otmuchów, within Nysa County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech border. It lies approximately 12 kilometres south-east of Otmuchów, 11 km south-west of Nysa, and 57 km south-west of the regional capital Opole. Wikipedia
