Naryn, neryn or norin is a Central Asian dish with horse meat and different kinds of noodles. In Kyrgyz cuisine, naryn is made of finely chopped lamb meat with onion sauce. Naryn with the addition of noodles is now called beshbarmak. Wikipedia
