Overview

The Google Cloud Academy comprises two flagship programs: the Cloud Technical Residency (CTR) and Cloud Sales Residency (CSR). Both programs offer full-time rotational experiences within Google’s fastest growing business — Cloud. Participants in the Google Cloud Academy will embark on a unique Noogler experience, gaining deep expertise and exposure to various roles within Google Cloud under the guidance of experts. The rotations include opportunities to work with customers and find digital transformation opportunities. As part of the program, the Cloud Academy focuses on providing residents with exceptional skills training, technical empowerment, and the tools to develop strong professional expertise.

Learning & Development opportunities

As a cohort, our classroom-style training is designed to develop role competency, confidence and skills to thrive at Google, including leadership, executive presence and much much more! The learning opportunity will have you working with sales professionals and technical experts across Cloud and expose you to external training programs that will help elevate you personally and professionally.

Role rotations provide you with the on-the-job training where you’ll work with customers engaging with them about Google Cloud or on a range of projects, such as building tools to automate and scale business processes, coming up with different Google products to create custom solutions, and providing data driven insights to Google’s internal sales and product teams.

Gain broad experience

The Cloud Academy programs give you the unique opportunity to experience different roles within our Cloud business. You'll rotate through roles that are customer-facing, and you’ll gain exposure to the whole customer lifecycle - sales, services, and support. Cloud is a dynamic business and the program evolves along with our Cloud organizations.

Build your network

The cohort experience can be a powerful one. With such a diverse set of backgrounds and perspectives, your peers will provide you with opportunities for learning and development throughout the program — and they'll serve as a lifelong network.

Grow with our Cloud business

It’s an exciting time to be part of Google Cloud. We’re on a mission to completely change the world of enterprise computing, and you’ll not only have a front row seat for the action, you’ll also be helping shape and execute the strategies to help customers “go Google” for their core business.
